A Rare Case of Systemic Mastocytosis in a 72-year old female Presenting with Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Clinical Presentation: This case report involves a 72-year old female with cutaneous mastocytosis who presented with hematochezia. Colonoscopy and bone marrow aspiration biopsy showed eosinophilia with CD117 positivity confirming systemic progression. Patient was started on Imatinib with good response.
